Romance Novels

I think I have said it before, but I don’t mind saying it again…I love to spend time out to read good Romance Novels whenever I can. There’s just something so escapist and cosy about it, I love nothing more than to snuggle up either on the sofa or in bed and just read and read and read for as long as my eyes will let me! The more outlandish and as far removed from my own life the story is, the better. And if there’s some raunchy stuff thrown in there, all the better Some writers I really enjoy include Joan Bramsch, Mills and Boon and Patricia Scanlan! The last romance novel I read was ‘Finishing Touches’ by Patricia Scanlan, an old one that’s been out for a long long time, but a blooming good one, I really enjoyed it. The next book on my ‘must read’ list is ‘Mirror, Mirror’ by the same author which is newer and comes highly recommended by a friend of mine, I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it…in fact…that’s what I am going to go and do right now, it’s cold outside, I am feeling sleepy and snuggling up under my duvet with a good romance book right now is my idea of heaven
