So come on, who has added ‘get healthier’ to their list of new years resolutions? Apparently this is the resolution that most people make at the start of a new year, sadly most have given up within a few months. My top tip for getting in that much needed exercise, is to find something you enjoy doing that just happens to burn calories, then it doesn’t feel like you are working out, it feels like fun!
