One of the many advantages to losing weight as our favourite Biggest Loser contestants are doing right now, is what that means for your skin. We all know that eating the right foods, drinking plenty of water and working out can do wonders for a persons skin – it’s part of the reason that a lot of people who lose weight look remarkably younger. Good skin can do wonders for your confidence in so many ways, and a healthy diet is definitely my top tip on how to get and keep beautiful skin.

My favourite feature of the site though, is the live weekly radio show, it really makes this site stand out from the crowd. Recent discussions they have had on the show include cellulite, wrinkles and acne!
