Here’s something you Survivor fans may not have realised, if you go to the official website at CBS you can watch a series of videos from Ponderosa, the camp that the jury is staying at. Any one outside of the USA who has tried to watch episodes on CBS.com will know that usually you cannot, but the good news is the Ponderosa videos are viewable by all.
It’s actually really good as well, each week 3 videos are added – the new jury member arriving, a general ‘how are they getting along’ video and then the jury preparing for tribal council. It’s really interesting to see how the jury live and are treated, it was something I had always wondered about.
Head on over to the official site by copying this link: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/survivor16/video (I am not going to make a direct link, don’t really want them coming here haha) and enjoy

So let me start this off by saying I am not a fan of scary movies, never have been and never will be – but my other half loves them and has always nagged me to go see one with him, we have been together for five years and up until a few months ago when we got some free tickets to go see a film called The Cottage and I caved and agreed to go see it with him, I had managed to avoid it. I was right, I don’t like scary movies and I don’t think that’s going to change any time soon!
He’s been talking about a new movie coming out in theaters across America at the end of this week for a while called Frontier(s), he’s all excited about it because it is unrated…and usually unrated movies don’t make it to the theaters, so it’s already controversial before any one has even seen it – I get the feeling it’s going to become a cult classic, something like that creates a buzz around a horror movie and I can see people flocking to see what the fuss is about. My other half will definitely be checking our local listings to see when he can go see it

BIG BROTHER House, this is Davina —I’ve decided to McCall it a day. Please do not swear.
The reality TV presenting queen will quit Channel 4’s BB hit to launch a serious acting career, we can reveal.
The chirpy host, who has been evicting celeb wannabes since 2000, will dramatically reinvent herself when the ninth series ends in September.
Mum-of-three Davina, 40, has ditched her previous management to kick-start the turnaround, which will begin with a serious acting role in a major TV drama.
Her new agent is Michael Foster, the man behind Billie Piper’s transformation from bubblegum pop kid to top British actress.
A source close to Davina told us: “She has finally realised the time is right to move on.
“After doing so many series of Big Brother, she’s become seriously bored.
“She’s very excited and convinced that Michael can turn her into a serious actor.”
In recent months, even Channel 4 has refused to give Davina—who also stars in a TV hair dye ad— work outside of Big Brother. It was rumoured that bosses also believe the best of her presenting career is behind her.
So last month, Davina decided to cut ties with her long-time agent John Noel. He’s her closest link to Big Brother and has also shepherded the careers of Dermot O’Leary and Russell Brand.
She has made one attempt to move into acting before—flop ITV sitcom Sam’s Game in 2001. It was canned
Last night, a Channel 4 insider confirmed: “Davina has had to make some very hard choices. There is an understanding at Big Brother that it’s very unlikely she’ll be back.
“How many times can she keep on saying, ‘Big Brother House, this is Davina. You are live on Channel 4. Please do not swear.’? This really is make or break time for her.”
