It has been reported in The Sun tonight, that after just a few days in the Big Brother India house, known as Bigg Boss over there, Jade Goody has been informed she has cervical cancer and has left the show.
Apparently she was called into the Bigg Boss Diary Room and told of the findings by her consultant. She then ran from the diary room to tell her fellow housemates the news and is already headed back to the UK to be with her family and seek necessary treatment. It is not clear how much of the incident will be shown on Indian TV when Bigg Boss is airs later tonight.
This is not the first time Jade Goody has been rushed from a reality show due to illness, and it’s her third public cancer scare – so some fans are unsurprisingly cautious of this news and suspect it might be yet another Jade Goody publicity stunt – do they have reason to be cynical?

So, did you know that The Houston Astros are trying again at National League’s Central title? It’s something any respectable Baseball fan should know. I have several friends who are obsessed with the sport, I am definitely not as big a fan as most of them are but I do enjoy it – I enjoy watching most sports, it’s the taking part I am not so fond of…too much like hard work 
It’ll be interesting to see how the team does with their new acquisitions, it was great to see them beat the Boston Red Sox a few months ago – can they make it in to the World Series this year? I guess only time will tell.
