Opinion: Big Brother 9 UK
I love Big Brother UK this year!
I have to admit that in the last few years my love has waned somewhat, the last 3 years I have not really enjoyed it at all - too much manipulation, too few likeable characters, too much editing people out of character from the producers (Imogen BB7 was NOT boring thank you very much). This year is far from perfect, don’t get me wrong - but I have sort of accepted that manipulations are going to take place so I just roll with them rather than get stressed and at this stage, with 9 people left - there are only a few I don’t like and I don’t hate any of them. Usually at this stage I am freaking out that ‘if x wins I will never watch again, what sort of message would that send?!’ etc.
I also happen to think Rex has been the best housemate in many years and his inclusion in the show is part of the reason it’s been so great.
Still 2 weeks to go, and things can change…but this series is so far so good
