I run a forum, here on the lovely Interwebby, and have done for many years — it’s not a big forum, it has only around 40 active members, if that. But those people are my friends, I have known half of them online since my dreamcast days back in 1999, so almost 10 years. I have known the other half since my ‘LEIA’ days, which was another forum we all used to post on but then left around 3 year ago due to some drama — we come from all over the world, the UK, The Netherlands, Spain, Mexico, India and lots are from the USA and we are forever sending things in the post to each other, from birthday cards and Christmas cards and the like — to oreos, sharpies, DVDs, Mint cake and toffeepops, you know what it’s like, a conversation starts up where one of us will mention liking something and then someone from another country won’t know what it is because they don’t sell it where they are from. What better way is there to explain it to them, than to just post them one over?
The MyUS.com website makes this easier and more convenient, they offer a cheap and reliable package forwarding service to and from the USA.
