Shear Genius 2 – Full Season

I came across this while I was surfing youtube earlier, it’s the full second season of Shear Genius that began airing in June this year, it is good quality so I decided to share it with you guys. If you’ve never seen the show before let me tell you a little about it.

Shear Genius, airing on Bravo TV, is a competition reality television show designed to find out who is America’s top hair stylist. It’s hosted by the queen of the mini-series Jaclyn Smith whose expertise comes from many years in the entertainment industry. The other judges on Shear Genius are:

* Sally Hershberger, a celebrity hair stylist with an impressive client list including Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Hillary Clinton, and Meg Ryan.
* Michael Carl, the Fashion Director for Allure Magazine.
* Rene Fris, an author and the grooming expert for Queer Eye for the Straight Guy in Europe.

Opinion: Big Brother 9 UK, What the producers did right

Now that the series is all said and done, what did the producers do this year that really worked? What do they deserve credit for? What would you like to see again?

I’ll start off with a few:

* Eviction announcements from studio.
Exactly how it should be, they still got glimpses of public opinion via people shouting over the wall and the like, but not allowing them to hear crowd chants has definitely kept them in the dark a lot more than in previous years.

* The Structure.
I have appreciated the structure this year. Every day (except Thurs?) there was something to tune in for…Sat HOH, Sun Heaven/Hell swap, Mon nominations, Tues task starts and Nominations announced, Weds task ends, Fri eviction.

* The task room(s)
I’d much rather the space be used for a task room than a house next door or hidden room. Imagine the tasks we wouldn’t have had space for this year without it? The cycling task, OK GO video, police line up, cake making etc etc

Big Brother 10 USA – Episode # 26

Can you believe this season is almost over already? I wasn’t sure of it when it first started, but it really picked up in the later stages. In this episode we find out who will win that all important special final power of veto, and who they will choose to send home. Also we see current head of house enjoy thier prize from the last episodes luxury competition. Enjoy.
