Biggest Loser Withdrawals
I am having withdrawals from The Biggest Loser, what with the USA, Australian and UK series all running one after the other recently I had not been a day without an episode to watch for around 4 months and then all of a sudden — when the UK version ended a week or so ago –bam — cold turkey!
It would keep me motivated to keep up with my own healthy lifestyle, as is the case for a lot of people who watch and enjoy the show I am sure. Now I am going to have to rely on my own willpower and stuff, ugh

Now I love shopping, so if I go ahead and spend a small fortune on new clothes and accessories for new active pursuits then it will give me that extra little kick to actually get off my behind and go out there and make use of them.

I still want to try out white water rafting and bungee jumping after seeing Sammy do both on the last series of Australia’s Biggest Loser and thinking it looked like so much fun, but it’s one of those things you never seem to get around to.
