That’s a shame for Russell, he was a fighter. But he brings it home at the end… his biggest job is being a husband and a father, that’s the important things in life. I hope he is healthy and well now.

Dare I say it … I think Russell was one of the best leaders on Survivor. Besides the fact that I think this is the first time Survivor has made them assign a chief who makes decisions consistently like that for the tribe … but for I really think he impacted most of the people on his tribe.
The only one I didn’t think was totally genuine was that Dave guy (I think that is his name) … the one who patronized Russell and always had something bad to say about the boss.
Either way .. Russell took leadership and never really was a target. Usually the leader becomes the target and I never got that impression from the tribe. (Well maybe except from Dave).
