I dont really understand how Rebecca was voted out there? Like would it have had to have been 3-1 for someone to go?

If it would have been a 2-2 tie, the person with the lowest weight loss percentage for that week goes home, according to the rules (the host explained it really quickly during the voting, but it was easy to miss). Rebecca was .02 percentage points behind Liz that week, I think, so she went home. But I was happy that she kept it up and it was great to see her looking so fit at the end…she got what she wanted.
