Must mean no Pens game is on, yinzer
Wow, I thought Nathaniel was bad, but what the eff, Hamish cries at EVERYTHING. Holy crap, Shannan's got a lot of work to do to try and make a dent in that one. Bullying is evil, and Ham must've copped a ton of it. We all remember how cruel we could be as children, and how much it hurt us, so I can only imagine the maelstrom of self-hatred beaten into Hamish over the years, those young years when you have the least defenses.
Ninja Lips! Tiff's lips are gonna need a new zip code! She looks pissed, too, next time. Can't wait, I dont think she ever got angry last year, now she's more confident and willing to let it rip. Don't diss your sensei!!!
That was an awesome obstacle coarse….hell, I think I'd like to try it lol Full moon tonight, eh Hamish? crack entry indeed lol

Heh, that's correct. There's an afternoon game tomorrow and it's the only one I have tickets for this season. So excited.
I run, I do races, and sometimes it gets hard. There have been times I wanted to lay down and die. But that obstacle course would REALLY make me want to lay down and die. I don't know how they made it through at their weight and fitness level.
Graham! So proud of him! He is still huge. Don't know how he made it through. Hamish, on the other hand….if you can't do it, fine, you can't do it. But saying "I can't" without trying. Just don't get that. I kept picturing his poor parents tuning in excitedly, maybe with the rest of the family gathered around, and….yeah.

Flipping heck, Hamish was really frustrating me tonight. Normally I feel for the young ones because they have no confidence or much experience with anything but this was too much! Come one Hamish you are on TV! The girls did it! But I have not lost hope in him, I am waiting for him to "get it".
Feel bad for the rest of the blue team though. I am guessing that the blue team might have pulled in front of the black in the nick of time? Because wouldn't they have lost their immunity if they came in last and got the 2kg penalty?? I have a feeling that if the blues were up for elimination Hamish would definitely be their Sacrifice.
Pretty happy for the girl teams though. Even though I don't like Lydia and Margie I do like that other two. I wish the whites would have come in first but at least they came before the boy teams. That would have been a confidence booster for them.

You have read the news Ningi? Site news AND world news? I mean you do understand that the site owner doesn't want to take unreasonable risks. Quite right too.
Try it.
It is available on Dailymotion (from a different uploader)…If you'd looked you would have found it. Resourcefulness
That obstacle course was wicked!!
Hamish is going to find himself sacrificed by his team if he doesn't man up soon. The whole Blue team worries me really.
Still loving the Blacks and especially Graham after what must have been a marathon of marathon efforts with his weight and bulk.
Go the Girls!
(But watch out Tiffi-ninjalips is on the war path!!)

Hey guys.
It's funny that it was only last episode that Lydia was saying she had to stop judging people – She was positively disgusted at the Blue team for taking temptation.
Poor Hamish – I also thought it couldn't get worse than Nathaniel last season, but it seems it can. I think he'll eventually come around – Shannan is the best motivator out of the trainers.
In other news, I came across this awful article just now: http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/tv-and-radio/… – The author criticises many things about this show without ever having "purposely" watched it.
Have a read, and visit her twitter @wendy_squires to tell her what people who actually watch the show think.
The trainers are all on twitter too, although mostly promoting various products / services. check them out at @CommandoSteve @MishBridges @shannanponton and @TiffanyHall if you're interested.
Finally, I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to RealityTVFan for the many years this great site has been running. The various incarnations of ACTA & SOPA are threatening the internet as we know it.
Best,
xx

Divx is really good actually. Yeah you need to download a DivX player, but it's nice. I suggest doing so.
And if you don't like it, you don't have to come here at all, we get these all free <3

Whoo thanks again
February 11th, 2012 at 8:56 am
do you actually get what's going on. Having a go doesn't help ???
Thanks for keeping going reality fan and for making it so much easier for us than it could be
February 11th, 2012 at 2:22 pm
Wow, what a poor article indeed! She admits she's never watched even one entire episode, and then quotes a *comedian* (ahem) who also admits she has never watched an entire episode. Whats worse, the comedian totally misinterpreted what she saw. She must've tuned into the first season temptation where Fiona at the most chocolates and won immunity. That's not punishment, that's reward, which is what made it temptation! The comedian got it completely backward. Oh well, what can you say to people who've never watched the show but feel entitled to review and judge it (and it's viewers!). Didn't our mothers teach us not to make faces at peas if we've never eaten them before? Hint hint
February 11th, 2012 at 2:36 pm
Thanks for the article.
"…only to see contestants forced to wriggle through deep mud on their bellies as a ''fitness'' challenge. It was so demeaning, so blatantly unnecessary, I had to look away. All that was needed was oinking noises…" and "I flicked over once, years ago, to see the contestants blindfolded and surrounded by chocolates. There was some kind of punishment attached to eating them, and as the crackling of wrappers betrayed the weak ones, they were berated by their teammates."
It's not like that at all. Obvious non-watchers. The eating of chocolates has nothing to do with a weak heavy person unable to resist. It's strategy. As for the physical challenge, I do not sit in my comfy chair laughing at the little piggies in the mud. As my comment above attests, I am in awe of the willpower needed to get through such a difficult course. When something funny happens, I do laugh. I'd love to do an obstacle course like that some day and everyone is welcome to watch and laugh if I go top over bottom into the mud.
Neither of these people watched an entire episode. They have no idea what goes on or why we love it.

I have been meaning to ask:
Is any of you guys watching that other Aussie weight loss show called "EXCESS BAGGAGE"? Fan said she is not picking up new shows at the moment because of the dire situation with the uploading plattforms and the whole ACTA mess. I have started watching it elsewhere and find it quite interesting.
For a start, they don't do the while weight loss thing, but they rate by overal health and fitness level. Every week they do a fitness test (several different excercises, 1,6 km run etc.), their body fat is measured and their waste measurements are taken. Other than that they have teams of two (one "normal" person + one celebrity) and they also do challenges and endurance challenges. They have a trainer, a nutritionist and a psychotherapist. Every week they are in a different location in Australia.
I started watching because Ajay Rochester is one of the contestants. For those that don't remember her: She was the host of TBL Australia BEFORE Hailey. It is heartbreaking when you hear her talk about her struggles. She mentions how she was ordered to lose weight and diet while she was hosting the show (getting "nil by mouth" text messages etc.) and how her mother gave her away when she was a kid and then killed herself.
Oh, and Brittney Spears' ex, Kevin Federline, is a contestant as well.
I will certainly keep on watching, it's nice to compare the two (although TBL AUS is still my no. 1, of course!).

Where are you watching excess Baggage? Would love to watch it too.
Thanks.
February 12th, 2012 at 3:10 am
Yeah Fan is awesome and started posting the show just now as well. Saw the 3 first episodes in 1 go and I do like it altho BL AUS is still the favourite, I do like the new format of excess baggage more. I'm not sure I'll be too crazy about those future challenges tho. I never care for them jumping off of cliffs etc. I just find it an unessential risk I guess.
I like how at the end of episode 3 that therapist guy was like "they have to get into the water with crocks. Will they bite them? Of course not". me—> gulp! :O Wish we Cannucks were like that with Polar bears… but really we wont approach them like that hehehe. They might bite!!!
February 12th, 2012 at 3:13 am
hehe she does
But the more I think about those lips the more I realise that she's a young beautiful girl who sees herself as not good enough, and it saddens me :S I guess we all have our issues….
Michelle tho is looking amazing! She's around 40 right? She looks 30! I find I see so much more detail now in this new format then I did in daily motion. For example: Is Simon wiccan? he has that tattoo on his arm (I'm not much knowledgeable about wicca, sorry, but I was curious!)

Thank you so much RealityTVFan for posting. I trully appreciate your effort.<3
February 12th, 2012 at 4:11 am
I have been watching it too. It is REALLY up there with the BLAus quality! I am enjoying the way they measure their success every week and the no calorie counting format. More realistic than BL.
I got up to episode 5 and what AJ said about her mother broke my heart. I did like her on BL but I like her even more now because she is not scripted and is very open. Kevin is more down to earth than I thought he would be and actually seems really sweet! What the heck does he do for a living now though to support 5 kiddies?
February 12th, 2012 at 5:12 am
Kevin Federline huh? He's already been on a weight-loss show in America and at the end was doing pretty well. Guess he gained it back. I really disliked the guy. Another celeb was his ex-girlfriend (mother of his child and pregnant again when he dumped her for Brittney) and she was still so broken from that experience. I wanted to smack him repeatedly.
February 12th, 2012 at 12:49 pm
Also saw him on that (Celeb fit club was it?) and he came across as a real douch, really unlikable – so either he was getting a poor edit on that or he's getting a good one on Excess Baggage lol
Perhaps we should switch the Excess Baggage chat to the Excess Baggage posts now though
February 12th, 2012 at 4:37 pm
Will do so. I have more to say about Kevin.
But I better watch the show first.
February 13th, 2012 at 6:23 am
I really respect Lydia, she works like a horse!
