Booking a last minute hotel

I have mentioned before I am sure that I am for ever booking holidays and caravans and hotels etc online for various family members and friends, as well as for myself and my boyfriend of course…not that we get to go away too often because of his work schedule, but we like to get away for short breaks in the UK whenever we can. Booking a last minute hotel can be a real struggle, my boyfriend and I often need Last Minute Hotel Rooms when we go away because we are so unorganised, and usually browse bargain sites to find good last minute activities! My parents are very ‘last minute’ people also, usually they go on package holidays abroad so it’s not too bad, but when they just want accommodation in the UK it’s surprisingly a lot more difficult! Hotelshopuk.com aims to make this whole thing a lot more easy, and it works - you just enter all the requirements you have for your booking into the forms on the site and within seconds you’ll have all the results pulled from all over the web! This is a site that I have bookmarked and will definitely be using the next time I have a last minute holiday to book - which should hopefully be soon, it feels like ages since I got away :)

Romance Novels

I think I have said it before, but I don’t mind saying it again…I love to spend time out to read good Romance Novels whenever I can. There’s just something so escapist and cosy about it, I love nothing more than to snuggle up either on the sofa or in bed and just read and read and read for as long as my eyes will let me! The more outlandish and as far removed from my own life the story is, the better. And if there’s some raunchy stuff thrown in there, all the better :) Some writers I really enjoy include Joan Bramsch, Mills and Boon and Patricia Scanlan! The last romance novel I read was ‘Finishing Touches’ by Patricia Scanlan, an old one that’s been out for a long long time, but a blooming good one, I really enjoyed it. The next book on my ‘must read’ list is ‘Mirror, Mirror’ by the same author which is newer and comes highly recommended by a friend of mine, I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it…in fact…that’s what I am going to go and do right now, it’s cold outside, I am feeling sleepy and snuggling up under my duvet with a good romance book right now is my idea of heaven :)
