Get ready for Gavin & Stacey on UKTV Comedy in Australia

Oh, what’s occurring? If you are from Australia and have never heard that expression before, get ready for it to the be the new buzz phrase as your school or workplace as the second series of the wonder that is Gavin & Stacey has just hit your TV screens. The BAFTA award winning comedy airs on UKTV on Mondays’ and if you aren’t already watching it, you should be!

The new series kicks off where the last one left us. How will Smithy and Nessa cope with their pending parenthood? However they cope, one thing we can be sure of is that it will be a riotous ride for both them, and us as viewers

What is she confessing to?

I have been following a mini web-series known as the Red Chair Confessions for the last few weeks after a friend asked me to try and help her solve the mystery behind the videos.

So far they have released three videos and after the first two I had no real clue, I considered both an eating disorder and drug use as options — but now after seeing the third video I think I may really have it.

Each video features the same woman confessing something to various sources, first a priest, then a therapist and in the latest she is recording a video diary entry for youtube. In the first video she talks of doing something over and over again and not being able to stop — in the second she is telling her therapist of the high she gets when she does it. The most recent video which you can watch below she talks about how it makes her feel confident and sexy and then finds an excuse to shoot off to supposedly do it again.

Here’s my theory, which is added to because she chooses to record the diary entry inside her closet surrounded by clothes and accessories — she’s talking about shopping, perhaps with some kind of personal shopper.

There are some flaws in my theory, but I won’t have long to wait to find out as they are finally going to do the big reveal early next week.

Would you play football with a BULL?

Of all the living things in this world, human or otherwise, I think that the last one I would choose to get in a little footy practice with would be this big angry bull!

I had to watch it more than once to believe what I was seeing and it wasn’t until around the 4th viewing and I started to get over the ‘Are they crazy??!?’ aspect and started to appreciate the skill in what they are doing.

Jumping in the air, flipping over a rampaging bull and managing to connect with the ball — gotta admit that takes some mad skills!

Of course with most of the ‘cool videos’ online these days this is an advertisement, promoting Sony Twilight Football which is an upcoming global event taking place in several locations the world over and it kicks off on September the 22nd with the big final taking place in South Africa.

The locations have been chosen because of their outstanding beauty or unique offerings as Sony are trying to promote their Exmor R™ CMOS Sensor technology that sets out to capture fast moving images in low lighting conditions — one of the matches for example will be taking place in the Australian desert!
