As any one in the UK right now will know, it’s very difficult for first time buyers to get on the property ladder…and I am unfortunate enough to be one of those first time buyers trying to get on it: sigh. I have now resigned myself to the fact that it’s not going to be happening at any point in the near future and I am looking at having to wait at least another few years. But in the meantime I like to make sure I know what’s going on in the world of Mortgages and finance and the like so that when my time does eventually come I won’t be left scratching my head wondering what the heck sort of mortgage I need, so I am very grateful to sites like Earth.co.uk who provide this information in such an easy to get your head around way

Oh Australia

You know, watching the first few episodes of the new season of The Biggest Loser Australia has desperately made me want to just hop on a flight to Australia and get to the country I have always wanted to visit. I don’t know what it is about the place, but as I am sure I have mentioned before Australia is my dream destination and I will get there some day! I love the fact that it’s basically the same as the UK, just instead of rain, snow, wind, chavs and more rain - they have sun, beaches, surfer dudes and more sun! I also love the people, the ones that get cast for these sorts of shows any way are always so open and to the point, and also really funny and dry

I have this lovely vision in my head of me and my other half cruising down a beach somewhere exotic on our bikes, I love excersice and running, jogging and bike riding any way but being in gloomy old England means the views are some what limited, especially in winter - so what could be better than flying down a gorgeous white sandy beach, the sun beating down on you, being able to hear the sounds of the beautiful blue waves rolling in. YUM.

Weight Loss Diet Help

Well, I know a lot of you guys are huge Biggest Loser fans just like me…and I know that a lot of people who love the show are also on a weight loss journey and follow the show largely for the inspiration. I am no exception, I am 28 years old and trying to lose weight. So far I have lost 2 and a half stone (that’s 35 lbs) and am looking to lose about the same again. The Internet is such an amazing resource when you are trying to lose weight and educate yourself on the best and healthiest way to go about it, I am always looking for the best diet plans for weight loss success and communities to join and garner support from. Today I came across a site called Weight-Loss-Diet-Help.com that compares the diets, prices and services available on many of the online weight loss programs available on sites online, such as Medifast, Nutrisystem, our very own wonderful Jillian Michaels, eDiets and Weight Watchers. The review page on the site for Weight Watchers currently has a coupon code for 25% off the 3 month plan, but it is due to expire at the end of the month so definitely worth checking out as soon as possible. The site also contains many articles with tips, the pitfalls to look out for and interesting information.

Are you ready for Valentine’s Day?

Coupon Chief is one of numerous web sites I use online to help me with my Internet shopping, I love searching for bargains, and getting money off coupons for merchants really is a lot of fun. Maybe I need to get out more? haha

Sites like this are especially useful in the run up to Valentines day, because it is a big purchasing time for me because I buy presents not only for my other half but also for a lot of my family and friends. It’s something that started when I was a teenager and I recieved a card from a ’secret admirer’ - I knew it was from my mom as I know her handwriting, but she forever denied it. When the next Valentines Day came by I returned the favour and sent her a card from a ’secret admirer’ also and it has sort of snowballed from there. I wish I had all the money in the world so I could buy my friends diamonds and send my parents on exotic trips, but it’s usually just some flowers, cute teddy bears or chocolates etc
One thing I always do before purchasing though is hit up Coupon Chief and search for the merchants name, eg Target, for any available Target deals and my favourite site to get a discount for it Amazon, probably the site I end up doing most of my shopping on, so I do love those Amazon coupons!
