A new advert for the upcoming season that kicks off on February 1st is out there, it doesn’t give too much away but we do get our first glimpses of some of the contestants working out and have the start date officially confirmed for the first time

The 4th Australian series of The Biggest Loser is set to return to our screens on February 1st. The show will follow the now familiar ‘couples’ format, comprising of ten teams of two people with a pre existing relationship. Ajay returns as host and Shannan and Michelle will once again be training the troops.
RealityTVFan.org will of course be bringing you the episodes this year, you can watch the first advert below and then go ahead and subscribe to my TBLAus4x channel in preparation
