Those of you who have been visiting RealityTVFan.org for a while now will probably remember that you used to be able to subscribe to any categories you liked on the site, and receive an email notification each time a new post is added - but unfortunately after a few months of use my webhost informed me it did not comply with their anti spam policy and I would have to stop using it right away, so I did.
Well it’s now several months later and I have finally found an alternative script that will do the same thing, that does comply with their policy thanks to a very friendly coder tweaking his script a little for me, hurrah.
Here’s how it works, head on over to this page and enter your email address into the box, make sure subscribe is selected and then hit submit - you’ll get an email that will contain a link you need to click in order to confirm your subscription and this is also the place where you are able to select the categories you want - by default you’ll be subscribed to all categories except, Buzz, Private and Test - so if you don’t want notification about all new posts to the site, be sure to change that. Then whenever a new post is made in one of your chosen categories you’ll get an email right to your inbox to let you know. Each email also contains a link that leads to a page that allows you to either change your categories or unsubscribe entirely.

RealityTVFan.org has a really neat feature that allows you to subscribe to the specific categories that are of interest to you and receive email notification when new posts are added to them. This means you don't have to keep checking several times a day to see if your favourite show has been added yet, just sit back and wait for the link to be sent directly to you.
