Site News: Sidereel.com issues

I seem to be having a lot of issues with SideReel.com lately, the page hardly ever seems to load and when it does…it won’t let me log in. I know that the site is working fine for other people, so suspect they might have done something to my IP/Account - I guess they didn’t appreciate me posting my own links all the time.

So since I am no longer able to post my link there, if any of you guys have an account I’d appreciate it if you could do it on my behalf, this would really help out RealityTVFan.org and give you the chance to give something back.

The shows I usually post there currently are Big Brother 10 USA, Project Runway USA 5, Make Me A Supermodel Aus 1 and Project Runway Aus 1 and in the near future I had planned to post the upcoming seasons of The Amazing Race USA, Survivor Gabon and Americas Next Top Model.

Someone from SideReel has kindly contacted me, they assure me they have not blocked my account, site or IP address or any thing of the sort. Currently I still cannot really use the site, but it seems that the issue is either my own fault or some sort of freak bug - either way it is not deliberate, which is great to hear

Site News - Sez Who?

You may have noticed that I have added a rating system here at RealityTVFan.org thanks to ‘SezWho’ - basically it allows you to vote on my posts by giving them a star rating out of 5…as well as rate any comments left - a bit like the thumbs up/down feature on Youtube that I am sure you are all familiar with. You don’t have to register to cast your vote, but if you do then your vote has more ‘power’ and you get to create your own little profile page. I like it a lot so far, hopefully it’ll be a useful addition to the site.

Site News: Normal Service Resumed

Thank you for all the well wishes on my last post saying that due to personal reasons I might be slower with updating the site, your concern was much appreciated.

It didn’t end up having as much of an effect on how much I could work on the site as I had thought, and though I may be a few hours behind ‘normal’ today, things are pretty much done with and back to normal now.

Site News: RealityTVFan.org in slow motion

Just wanted to let you guys know that due to personal issues, things will be running a little slower here on RealityTVFan.org over the next few days. today’s Big Brother Australia, The Mole USA, tomorrows Big Brother Australia specials and Fridays Big Brother Australia and UK are most likely going to be affected.

I will of course still be posting everything, as soon as I can. It’s just that ‘as soon as I can’ is going to be slower than usual as running this website is a little lower down my priorities list over the next few days. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Normal service should resume on Saturday.

Site News: Current Youtube accounts 27/06/08

I have just updated the list of my youtube accounts on my about page, something that was long overdue. Be sure to take a look at it, RealityTVFan.org covers a lot of shows and there might be some here that you didn’t realise were on the site, or shows you might decide to give a go - I can recommend The Biggest Loser Australia to fans of Big Brother Australia, it’s done by the same people and is similar in many ways - it’s sort of like Big Brother for overweight people haha.
