Big Brother 8 Aus - Finale on it’s way

Oh gosh, I am having a nightmare with this today…one disaster after another that I won’t bore you with, but after finally completing downloading and cutting it up, and with several of the parts uploading - youtube decides to go down for maintenance!

” We are currently performing site maintenance. Be cool - we’ll be back 100% in a bit. ”

Be cool? Be cool? Argh.

Sorry guys, there’s nothing I can do and I am actually heading out right now…I was going to set it all uploading before I left so there’d be no issue, but I can’t stay in waiting for youtube. Let’s just hope it’s not down for long

**Update** - It’s now past 5am here in the UK and youtube is still down, I am going to have to call it a night and try again tomorrow

Site News: Current Youtube accounts 27/06/08

I have just updated the list of my youtube accounts on my about page, something that was long overdue. Be sure to take a look at it, RealityTVFan.org covers a lot of shows and there might be some here that you didn’t realise were on the site, or shows you might decide to give a go - I can recommend The Biggest Loser Australia to fans of Big Brother Australia, it’s done by the same people and is similar in many ways - it’s sort of like Big Brother for overweight people haha.

Youtube on the blink

So Youtube is not behaving tonight, I uploaded Big Brother Aus 8 - Eviction # 5 hours ago now, but the parts are either not processing or they are processing out of order. I have tried removing and reuploading a few of the parts to no avail. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about this, other than sit and back and wait for it to sort itself out like the rest of you. It also means I won’t be able to get Big Brother 9 UK - The Auditions that aired a few hours ago to you before I go to bed as I had planned to. Boo, youtube, boooo.

Duplicate uploading issues.

You guys may have noticed that things are taking me longer to upload the last few days, or maybe you havn’t, but to explain…I seem to be having an issue with youtube in that every time I set something to upload, it is doing it twice. Example from tonights biggest loser episode:

That’s me having set it to upload each other the three parts once, and it’s showing that it has completed. But the result is:

Because it’s not me telling it to do it, I have no way to stop it. So at the moment every thing is taking me twice as long, because I seem to be stuck in this duplicate loop I can’t find a way out of. How bothersome.
